Apartment i am moving into already has sky and i cant call sky

I am moving into an apartment which previously had someone with sky there already. When i try to get sky for the apartment i cant as there is already an email for that place. I then cant call sky because i dont have a number asociate with my account even tho my mobile is addon on my sky account. I then cant talk to a person in the online chat as it just circles back to unuseful FAQs. How can i actually talk to a person about this issue?

Just trying to understand the exact situation, are you currently a Sky customer looking to do a home move to your new apartment or are you a new Sky customer wanting to get Sky broadband in your new apartment?

I am looking to become a sky customer. But the previous person in the apartment i am moving into had sky boradband. So now when i try to sign up for sky i am told there is already a sky account connected to the address so i cant. But i cannot call up sky to ask about it because i dont havea  number connected to my account

You should be able to call Sky Sales without an account or you can use the virtual chat bot in the bottom right of your screen when you are on the sky shop website. 

 

What you may have to do is order it via a new line if the previous residents do not cancel their service for whatever reason. You could also ask the Sky agent to see if its possible to put a cease on their line.
