Anyone have any idea how i can access my app for smarter player life....

Hi I'm looking for some info... I have a smarter player life app and I use this to access my news and general channels from my home country... recently cha get to sky broad band and nothing...disabled the broadband shield and still nothing ... can anyone help

Has this worked with a different UK ISP before now?  It appears to be an IPTV app, and some services associated with such things are blocked by UK court order.

 

Sky might also choose to block such a service if, for example, it's carrying F1 or Premier League football for which Sky has exclusive UK distribution rights.

Previously had talktalk and Vodafone broadband channels were received with no issues 😳
