Just noticed this tonight while downloading a game, Hub is connected at the typical 549900 kbps, but downloads are capped at 10mb/s, usually in the 38-40 range. Speedtest.com has dropped from 500Mbps to 80Mpbs but the sky speed test appears normal. Latency/ping appears fine.
