Any way of getting an ETA on a FTTP install

Ordered FTTP back in Feb. Openreach civils came but didn't trench 3m of lawn, said someone else would.

Next visit 11th Apr got the ONT and the fibre on the outside of the house but engineer wondered why there was no trench/pipe.

Openreach civils have now been and put a pipe under the lawn.

Is there any way of finding out when the final bit of cable might be connected? I'm so close (3m) to having decent broadband 🤞

@GrahamL80 Does it not show you anything in you account orders or my messages section to where the install is time wise.

Thanks, they were super helpful and have chased Openreach. Apparently an engineer needs to check the trench and then send other engineers.

Re: Any way of getting an ETA on a FTTP install

So, still waiting on FTTP - there's an open case and apparently Openreach have a shortage of the external engineers needed, but from the paint on the pavement and other works going on in the street it looks like other people are being connected.

I worry that something on the Openreach end is broken and while their system says they are waiting to do something there's not actually a ticket or job open to do it, because they "think" they have been or something.

Anyway to chase it up other than just getting a "we are waiting on Openreach" update from Sky every couple of days?
