Any body transferred fro EE FFTP to Sky Broadband and was it easy
I have EE FFTO Broadband and TV and Pone and wish to change provider to Sky.
Is it easy ?
Any issues?
How do I contact Sky Broadband Sales ie a human person rather than a AI machine?

Re: Any body transferred fro EE FFTP to Sky Broadband and was it easy
@Smagghe switching from EE to Sky is straight forward as both use exactly the same Openreach system. If you order from Sky theyvwill ask Openreach to switch your connection which will be done on a set day roughly 2 weeks from order. Sky post out a new Sky hub to replace your BT/EE router to arrive a day or so before the switch. On the day when your BT hub stops working unplug it and plug in tge new Sky hub following the instructions in the box and connect your devices.
Sky handle tge cancelkation with BT/EE for you so the switch should be seamless but of course things can go wrong on occasion but the vast majority of switches work well.
You can call Sky to place an order but their phone bot will try to route you to use the online resource simply dont accept offers of texts etc and stay on the line if asked say "I need to speak to an agent to order broadband" which should work.

Note that for Sky, television is a separate product and not an add-on to broadband as it is with EE.
