Another day, another issue with sky broadband and TV!
Sky stream & Max Hub
The worst mistake I have ever done was join Sky. From the moment I signed up I have had NOTHING but trouble with my stream & broadband. For the last 3 days my Wi-Fi's been dropping out, my TV keeps pixelating and then saying "no Wi-Fi connection." 4 times today I've had to reboot everything!!!!
Surprise surprise the my sky app says there's no issue 🥱 predictable!!! Well they clearly is an issue or are we ALL missing something?! Please enlighten me if we are!!
And to top all this off my speeds are still absolutely shocking whenever I go an inch away from the Wi-Fi box. Im lucky to get 2 bars when I'm not in the versinity!
I have had enough and will be taking my services elsewhere!!

Re: Another day, another issue with sky broadband and TV!
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
