I've seen mutliple posts on here by customers only getting half their throughput.
I've been expirencing this problem for about 3 weeks now. I have Ultrafast (G.fast) 145Mbps down / 27Mbps up. But I'm only getting about 70Mbps down. Upload speeds are generally fine.
What's the best course of action to resolve this? I really would like to avoid wasting the time that others have, on the phone to Sky, replacing routers, having engineers visit.
