I currently have sky broadband and sky TV. All the sky stuff has connected fine and my partners iPhone has connected, but my Sony Xperia has not. It can authenticate the WiFi network, but can't connect to the WiFi network. Please can you help ice tried resetting all devices. I've triple checked the scanned WiFi password, which is correct. Nothing seems to work.
