An issue with an Openreach database has caused your order to be delayed

I placed the order for new broadband, and 1 day after I got a message told me " An issue with an Openreach database has caused your order to be delayed". 

 

What exactly that means? When I check my Order Tracking, it is still showing ON schedule in the activation date. 

 

So confusing. Anyone experienced similar problem?

I upgraded my Sky Ultrafast to the 300 package on Sunday and I'm still waiting for my upgrade to activate. I haven't had any e-mails or communication though. I did contact Sky via live chat but they said I need to speak to 'provisioning'. I did give them a call but I had to go to work so couldn't hang around on the phone waiting.
