An electrician has moved our BT line and now our sky broadband and sky stream won’t connect
Is this a problem with sky or Bt, any help help?

An electrician shouldn't be touching a telephone connection before the master socket: that's Openreach territory. They can legitimately work on extension wiring, but don't necessarily know how.
You'd have to log the issue with Sky, but it would probably be Openreach which investigates it.
Note in this context it's Openreach, not 'BT', although Openreach Ltd is part of BT Group.
