Amber lights on internet and voice

I have no internet which went off nearly an hour ago. Done checks & says all fine. 

Amber lights on internet and voice - the rest are green.

 

Area says ok too.

@NicholaL you need to report the fault to Sky so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. It's working now, was something wrong with BT in Rhyl. It effected lots of people in the area and was back on at 2am. Thank you
