Amber light solid on test shows connection good bit no internet

Hello 

 

Solid amber internet light on , sky online test says connection is now and and running but still no Internet connection with solid amber . I have switched and disconnected the whole hub few times and no change .

Did you do the test using mobile data. ?

And it didn't give you the option of booking and engineer?

 

Call sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Or if in Ireland

Call sky ireland on

08.185.00.27.2
Remove all the full stops
