is there a contact telephone number for Sky to get an engineer out ?

@Gourley1 you may not need to call as if you click to run the full connection test in the My Sky app it can offer to book an engineer if it finds a fault . Otherwise just call Sky on one of their 03 numbers or if it is working dial 150 on your Sky Talk line for a free call all numbers gomthrough Sky's rather frustrating IVR system.

 

If you would like help from forum members please pist some details if it is clear you need an engineer forum superusers can excalate your post to a Sky team.
