Amber light on broadband

Hi,

 

Finally got our ont and plugged the hub in but still no connection after three hours. We tried everything following the steps on the sky app but still no luck. Any advice?

@jamesn123 we had an engineer come by today! they mentioned that the service would be up and running after the hub was done updating (which allegedly takes ten minutes) but it's still on amber light now, so..
