Amber kight on voice button - no wifi

Ibhave had no wifi dor two days.  There is an amber light on the voice button on the hub.

 

Diagnoatics say device and wifi are okay but no wifi connection.

 

Tried restarting several times.

 

online keeps sending me round in circles and the chat, but is of no help. I just want my Wi-Fi to work 😊

@Jo+cvet try powering down your hub for at least 60 minutes which should restore connectivity. If it doesnt call Sky and report the fault.

Thank you.  I left it off all day yesterday and still no connection.

@Jo+cvet Previously known as the Orange light off Doom when you get the Amber Light on Voice hub no longer want's to play!
