I had a issue a enginer came out he was outside said was fixed ive just ran loads of test still got a problem with broadband then its telling me what to do and sayinv oh thats it working again i do another test and there still a problem ive emailed use many times and no 1 gets bck to u ive complained as i was lied to saying i was getting movies for nothing and when i descuvered it wasnt a was charged for cancelling it a also told the girl i didnt want sky signture as it ean out in july ahe took it apon herself to put ne bck on a contract and i was also charged for cancellinv it but its still
there yous are a complete joke

Totally descusted with use sky use are nearly 1 of the worsed compunys out there now get a grip

@Polly0822 Please be aware you are not addressing Sky customer service here, the forum is mainly manned by fellow customers.
You say you have emailed Sky and had no response well thats not unexpected as Sky don't use email as a form of communication for support.
The forum users may be able to help with your internet issues if you let us know what the problem is.

@Polly0822 have you reported the outage to Sky or been told its a known issue in your area? Sky use the Openreach network which on occasions will have issues and will inevitably affect any ISP using those lines..
These faults need to be repaired which can take a few minutes, hours, days or in some rare cases weeks depending on what is wrong. Nobody can usually tell you how long your line is going to be down including the engineers doing the work.

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

So 1 min apart its saying its looking good then u test it saying got a problem the man came out 2 days ago clearly aint fix nothing again

It happens all the time the engineer was out 2 days ago and said it was outside but that's not coming up
as a issue it's my broadband they sent me a new box out a max box it was even more slower so sent it bck and am getting charged for max wich I havnt got
