Alternate service checker
Anyone know if there's a way to see a more detailed breakdown of my broadband service/ issues? I've been having issues with Sky's broadband since I got it and the surface level "service checker" isn't worth the data it costs me to use it.

Re: Alternate service checker
The service checker looks for issues in your area so if it shows none then there is this line test you can run:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Alternate service checker
@MR1000 there are potentially ways to get more data if you have the black Sky hub see Sky Hub statistics.
If you want help in understanding the result post the output as a screen grab and firum members can advise.
Unfortunately that does not work with the newer white hubs. However there are various apps you can usecto measurecthings like WiFi speed in your home. What you need depends on the type of issue you have
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
