Already with Cityfibre but not showing for Sky

Hi

I am already on Cityfibre (Lit Fibre 1GB) and saw the announcement about getting 5GB speed  via Sky. But when I call or go on the checker, it says it's not available and offers me 120mbps. I'm in Bishop's Stortford - is it not available here yet via Cityfibre? Other providers are offering me 2.5GB but wanted 5 if possible.

It's only available in areas where city fibre have the improved equipment installed, use the link in the embedded "introducing gigafast+" topic at the top of the forum so see what options you have available

Thanks- my address isn't coming up in the checker :(. Do you know if there is a list anywhere of when different areas are being enabled? Surprised I can't even get the 2.5GB option via Sky given most other providers are offering it to me.

@Stevebroadbands Lit Fibre may not be fully integrated into the City Fibre network yet, so you may be best to find that out if you can!
