All sky products and internet go off randomly. Recently had new subscription with sky been terrible

I've had terrible service with Internet and Sky products turning off randomly when we're watching them. Sky box and internet

Recently had New subscription with Sky and being terrible since I've been with Sky for many years thinking about leaving
