All our equipment is slowly stopping one minute is no internet then no satellite signal can’t watch
All our equipment is slowly starting to fail one minute no internet then satellite signal no q mini boxes are working main tv not working done all sky tests and it's coming up as all connected and no problem some body give me a call or iam going to cancel after 25 years

@Del19 you are not talking to Sky by pisting in the forum and threatening to cancel doesnt get you better support so only say that if you mean it as a threat it simply doesn't work.
Sounds like an issue within your home's WiFi network as the Q minis require a decent connection to the main Q box where that fails you will get error messages. Sky will support you if you talk to them either offering to send out a booster to improve the network or an engineer to run tests. WiFi issues are common and much more likely than equipment issues.
To make contacting Sky easier for you I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
