All my equipment is working, but my telly still wont pick up broadband

I have tried everything, over and over again. Sky sent me a new puck yesterday. The puck, this time set up. The broadband which is conected to my  outreach socket in my cupboard is working all lights are on. My phone and laptop have broadband, but my telly jusy wont connect. I cant move my broadband box any closer as the lead on the outreach box, wont come any closer. Please help

For FTTC the appropriate cable is RJ11 to RJ11, widely available online in a variety of lengths.

For FTTP it's a standard Cat5e ethernet cable.

Alternatively, booster hardware or Powerline networking adapters may be a viable solution.
