All green lights but no connection

Having issues with connecting to WiFi this morning. All lights showing green and troubleshooting as no problems but no devices will connect or WiFi even show? 

I have had Sky for 2 weeks now and my second issue is it usually like this?

There's a known current issue with the white Max Hub:  a workaround is to factory reset the hub by holding down the WPS button for 30 seconds. Once this is complete, any previous changes you've made should be downloaded again from 'the cloud'.
