Instead the issue is an annoying fault we see reported wherecthe sever node managung your connection is not allowing traffic.the fix is to either force a disconnection using the web interface orcsimply powering down the hub for 60 minutes which should move your connection to another node.

@Sarahweir the test intially shows the results from the last routine test you need to click through to run the test again to get the currentvposition but unless the test tells you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line call Sky to report it.

Unplugged/plugged back in router and fibre adapter. All LEDs green but still no internet.
Sky's self test says all is good but definitely isn't it.
SS17 is my postal area.

@Sarahweir I'm having the same problem, checks telling me all is fine but taking two days to download a programme from catch-up or watching something as a series of still-frames on BBC iPlayer suggests all is NOT right. Any pictures that do move look like they're playing from an old VHS tape. I have unplugged and reconnected all leads, I have moved the hub to the highest point in the room and yet the problem persists. I can't even do Internet banking now as I get timed out before each page loads up. I feel your pain!
