Suddenly having issues with internet.
router has all 4 green lights, sky broadband checker comes back as good but speed is extremely slow - non existent.
my booster won't stay connected and my mini box is seriously playing up too.
its deteriorated so quickly. I have a new router and booster out for delivery but im not truly convinced thats the issue??
any ideas?

Find out more@Gg26 Check the speed to the hub by using the Service Checker in the My Sky app. If thst is normal then the issue is poor Wi`Fi signal in your home. First thing to check is the location of the hub which should be out in the open on a surfsce so its above obvious obstructiins like radiators. If you need a longer cable to connect the hub to the phone socket or ONT they are easyto buy.
If you stil have issues wait until the new hub turns up to see if thst sorts it. If itvdoesnt it is auite likely to be a faulty booster which you can test by plugging it in near the hub.
