Hi All
I just received the Max Hub yesterday. Plugged it all in, powered it up, but since doing that, I can't make or receive phone calls on the landline. When I try calling my home number with my mobile, I get the "The number you have dialed is temporaly unavailble" message.
Also, the MySky app tried to configure the router, which it failed at and now the option to try again has gone from the app.
Everytime I go into the broadband section of the app and test my connection, it says there's an issue with the WiFi, which I know I don't have as I have all my devices connected to it and they all work fine.
I have tried powering off and restarting, I've even done the hold the WPS button for 30 seconds to reset option, but still have the same issues.
Can someone please help me with this issue as it's driving me crazy. 😣

After being in contact with Sky's technical team, the issue has now been resolved and all is working as it should. Now have a working phone line and the MySky app is also working correctly.
A thank you to everyone & and Lisa for getting it sorted so quickly for me (same day).

@Marko1970 assume you have plugged the phone into the socket on the back of the hub as thecwall phone sockets no longer work.
As you have tried restarting the app you need Sky's help,to sort out the My Sky app so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Hi Marco, I've got a problem with my Landline, got no Voice LED lit, but have checked mysky and it's showing I do have Internet calls? Do I need to set something up? For it to work, everything is active and working as normal, WiFi, SkyQ etc. Just this Landline.

@CHXHQ if the voice LED is not lit the phone socket on the hub will not work. Not every customer has been switched over from the okder analogue phone system so check if the wall phone sockets give you a dialling tone, If your service is on the newer digital system the phone light should show green if the service is working or amber if it is not working correctly.
If they dont and a reboot of the hub does not cause the voice light to show green call Sky.

Hello thanks for getting back, on our other 2 hubs we've had in the past... we used a sky microfilter? Which the Landline would plug into that and hub also? But in the booklet it doesn't state that? So I took it out of the wall? Should I reconnect the microfilter plug and see if the Landline works again? Or will this effect the system's?
