Hi All
I just received the Max Hub yesterday. Plugged it all in, powered it up, but since doing that, I can't make or receive phone calls on the landline. When I try calling my home number with my mobile, I get the "The number you have dialed is temporaly unavailble" message.
Also, the MySky app tried to configure the router, which it failed at and now the option to try again has gone from the app.
Everytime I go into the broadband section of the app and test my connection, it says there's an issue with the WiFi, which I know I don't have as I have all my devices connected to it and they all work fine.
I have tried powering off and restarting, I've even done the hold the WPS button for 30 seconds to reset option, but still have the same issues.
Can someone please help me with this issue as it's driving me crazy. 😣

After being in contact with Sky's technical team, the issue has now been resolved and all is working as it should. Now have a working phone line and the MySky app is also working correctly.
A thank you to everyone & and Lisa for getting it sorted so quickly for me (same day).
