Advise on a modem to substitute for the Sky Hub 6

Hi. I am getting Sky fibre installed next week, I believe BT open reach will be installing an ONT connection and I just had the Sky Hub 6 turn up today. I am moving from Virgin and already have a TP link gaming router with 2 additional APs and a large switch setup - I have no intention of using the Sky hub as the main router but have now realised Sky hubs don't support modem only.

My current To Link router does not support DHCP Option 61 so it looks like I need a modem to replace the Sky Hub 6, I appreciate I will lose the VOIP service which is a shame and will mean I only stay with Sky for the minimum term.

Can anyone recommend any modems that would work in place of the Sky hub with the ONT?  I am struggling to work out which models will work and support DHCP Option 61

Thanks

Just on a point of terminology, with FTTP the ONT (optical network terminal) is the 'modem' because it's handling the signalling change between electrical and optical (although technically a real modulator-demodulator is doing an analogue/digital conversion)

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
