I'm new to Sky boardband and I try to order from the website and I can find my address when I begin the search but when I get to the "additional detail"part I can't find my address anymore, is there anyone got the same issue as mine?

In these cases its worth calling Sky and talking to an agent. In some cases its because your line needs to be upgraded to fibre but there are other reassons.which require. Explaining.
