Activation of eero on my network i have just come over from talk talk and I need to intergrate my eero boxes

@Jezz1 Use the community search bar, input eero to it and sort by date, will give you ideas on what you need to do with them!

I have been told by eero that I need sky to deactivate my wifi and then turn it on again to be able to see the extenders

That's poor advice: it's not something an ISP can or would do for a customer.
