Our broadband was due to be activated on the 9th but it still says it's in progress.
Any ideas how long activation can take or how to get it up and running?

Hello,
Please can you re-escalate this to the chat team so that I can speak to someone on live chat? I have a note in my MySky App that there is action required for my broadband activation and that Sky need to speak to me but does not give a link to speak to you.

Keep an eye out for an invite/ blue chat bubble. When the bubble appears you'll have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
