Activation date on 26th of March no update on hub getting delivered

I'm due to go active on Tuesday 26th March I received a text to say open reach engineer will be out 8-1 that day on order tracking the hub just says awaiting despatch I'm concerned that this won't be delivered before my activation date as I have seen several other post with similar issue

These are timed so they should be with you just before that date which is another 6 days away so at the very latest it could be with you on Monday and possibly earlier.

Really?, only asking. As I ordered full fibre yesterday evening, engineer is coming out April 10th( 3 weeks away) and already had email saying my hub will arrive tomorrow with a time slot it will arrive

I'll see if the order tracking changes by tomorrow if not ill call coz just now it still says awaiting despatch

@Spaceman05 are you sure thst message is about the `Sky hub and not for something like a Sky Stream puck which are sent overnight by DPD. The hubs normally come by Royal Mail and are not sent out more than a week from the activation date because customers often cancel switches.

Just received a text from sky they have sent it to royal mail today an it's royal mail 48 so should hopefully receive it before Tuesday 👍
