I've had an email saying my activation date is Oct 4th but my account is saying my account will go live on Oct 7th. Why has this changed and why haven't I been informed?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs customers we can't say for sure but it might be that while your date was the 7th October that is has been moved to 4th October so if this is correct you are getting an early activation. I guess you will find out what happens tomorrow.
