Activation date is tomorrow and no hub recieved

I have signed up for broadband - activation date 26/01 and I haven't received a hub. No dispatch on the app - just says coming soon!

Have you received your confirmed activation/installation date or is that just the date you were given at the point of sale that is stated as being provisional until confirmation is received?

 

the hub is usually sent out so you receive it a couple of days in advance of the activation

I believe so, latest message was 2 days ago saying 'its due to go live on 26.01'

Another question would be will my existing router work? Plusnet at the moment, if so at least i can still work from home.

If you requested to switch service the plusnet router will still work as that service will still be active until replaced by sky
