Actavating account and broadband

I'm trying to get hold of someone i can actually speak to by phone as I would like to discuss the possibility of activating 3 days earlier, because my dads in hospital and hes phone died last night when he was having a medical episode and its getting dangerous him not having access to the landlines at hes age 76

Openreach dictate the activation date and it's very unlikely to be brought forward.
