I work from home and since we moved to Sky Broadband last year I'm having constant issues accessing Sharepoint sites / MS Team site content for work. We have the 1G package so it's not bandwidth. It just won't load the page and comes up with an error or says the network connection has been reset. If I connect through my phone it works fine so it's got to be Sky Broadband.
I've tried adding the sites to the accepted site list in case they were being blocked. I've tried turning off the Broadband Shield but the issue remains. Does anyone have any ideas? it's getting quite frustrating now!! Thanks

Find out more@SW-KM judt because you have a fast service tomthe hub it doesnt mean thst theceifi connection to the devicecyou sre using is also fast and particulary with `teams etc free from interference. Ideally work apps like thesexshould use an ethernet connection butcheck the speed of the connection to the device by running a spedd test.
Beyond tgst there are other possibilities does your employer useca VPN for connections and do you have a white Sky hub?

I have the same issue too starting from about 25 February 2025.
Very slow / failed access to company sharepoint site, but good internet access to otherwise. Sharepoint access works fine when connected via mobile hotspot (both on personal and work mobile).
Has there been an update recently that has affected this?
