My issue has been fixed 😁
My IT Team have installed a new VPN software on my Laptop and it's all working as it should again.

Hi - this is a really helpful thread. I've had the same issue with work laptop not connecting to VPN or certain websites. This is the same for my wife as well (separate companies, separate laptops). Started about 6 weeks ago and we were sent a new router which resolved the issue until this week when it started again. We've since been sent another new router which has not made any difference. We just have a standard black router - Sky Q Hub. Any advice / help would be gratefully received!

Hi - I have replied to the chat box re disabling MAP - t, but the chat box has now disapeared and I have not seen a reply.

Hi, we have the same issue. I can connect for work using a zscaler vpn but my daughter who uses global protect can't connect or it's v v v slow. We have a black router. Can anyone at sky help please as we have had a chat with someone at sky but not managed to resolve it and as we need to wfh we are having to consider changing provider even though we are v happy with sky
