Access 2.4ghz wifi

I need to be able to access 2.4ghz aswell as the 5 to connect some of my devices but I can't see how or if I can access this?

By default a Q Hub, Sky Broadband Hub or Max Hub will be broadcasting the same SSID on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz simultaneously.

In the My Sky app you can disable the 5ghz band temporarily if you want to connect smart devices.

Under your hub settings then WiFi. I cant say exactly as I do not have the Sky Max hub.
