Is there any way to break my contract with Sky as I work at home for the NHS and Sky broadband constantly dropping is making life a nightmare. Eventually managed to speak to customer services last night who promised to ring back in 15 minutes and 24 hours later I'm still waiting. Just managed to book engineer for tomorrow but I have absolutely no faith in Sky.

Yes, of course, but if you do so unilaterally while within a minimum period then Sky can legitimately extract a penalty fee. If the cause of the problem is an external line fault your next ISP will just inherit it.
