A delay with internet loading on mobile phones

The internet is definitely a little slow and sometimes doesn't load at all on new browsers even when we have cleared our cache or closed down tabs. 

as we pay for fast broadband please can you look at supplying a booster to help the speed, we do not game or anything in this household so there's no reason for it to lag. The connection appears to be good from checks but it isn't as fast as we would expect
