A broadband tech team attempted to install broadband 2 weeks ago and said they encountered a problem and will be back.
since then I have received an email from sky to say it will be resolved before 30th of September , 3 months away .
can anyone explain why it's taking so long

In the uk bt wholesale checker might give a clue as to the delay
In Ireland unfortunately siro do not make public any survey notes
