82 Year old, No access to account, internet not live

My nans a 82 year old woman, and signed up to sky internet + streaming box, a guy came out on the go live date set it up but the internet wasn't switched on?

The streaming box wants a pin to be setup, I can't access the account because she's used an email that doesn't exist (mistakenly wrote 2 instead of 3 in the email) rang customer sales who passed me on to customer services after waiting 30-60 mins on hold, they kept hanging up randomly through the conversation, this happened 3 TIMES worse part was one caller would pass you onto another caller after 10minutes of holding would pass you onto someone else, finally got through to which they told me they could only deal with my 82 year old nan to which she had gone for a nap because it took 4 hours to get through roughly.

I don't know what to do accept redo this all again and hope for the best

I haven't got access to the account, the email does not exist, they haven't sent ANY mail to home, no mention of an account number or username, there is no internet access at the house, and I don't have a viewing card number because the box requires a pin to which it said was the last 4 digits of the phone number which did not work.

Where is the elderly customer services, it's madness.

Any numbers I could contact or route to go at this point?
it just seems like a game of hope and chance.

@RemovedHandle  Unless you are the account holder Sky won't deal with you.  However if you call with your nan there and assuming they pass security you can speak on her behalf

The pin for the puck is either the last 4 digits of their account number or registered phone number.

Also Sky stream does not require a viewing card but does need a broadband connection and it not clear from your post if it ever went live.

There are no alternative or secret numbers to get you to specific teams.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

@RemovedHandle

It may be worth registering your Nan with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
