80 year old women - No internet for five months !!!

Hello, I am an 80-year-old woman. I was sold sky broadband and TV five months ago. I have no internet whatsoever. It's been the most horrendous and stressful time. I am at my wits end and I don't know what to do. No one seems to be ble to help. The sky people came and installed the new sky box , and the openreach people installed the fiber optic cable but it is showing as LOS (LOSS OF SIGNAL) with a solid red light. It's been like this since it has been installed. I've tried calling but I get a text message to click on and then I try and navigate some broadband fixes to my router but the problem seems to be at the fiber connection. I don't know what to do can anyone help. I'm not very good with the internet and things like this. I just really need someone to call me and tell me what's going on. Obviously given my age and my lack of understanding I'm probably not helping this situation but at the end of the day I'm five months in I have no one on the and I don't know what to do it next. When you call and the bot asks you any questions try saying nothing as that should get you through to talk to someone about this who hopefully can help.
