5g wifi has vanished from available networks
Since the weekend the option to connect to thee 5Ghz wifi initially became problematic and over the past 2 days has vanished completely. I work from home, and the connection to the standard 2.4Ghz wifi drops out at least once every hour forcing me to reconnect each time.
Here are my stats:
An orange light appeared on the Hub against the Wifi last week, so we shut everythign down, unplugged and reset and this seemed to fix the problem. May be unrelated but mentioning just in case. Following this the booster box showed as not connected. Performed a reset of this and again this seemed to be resolved as the green light came up against 'connected'.
Broadband test indicates no known issues, good download and upload speeds.
Please can anyone advise why the 5g option may have vanished, and provide steps to rediscover it?!
Thanks.

Re: 5g wifi has vanished from available networks
The 5ghz band on your stats doesn't show any activity which is a sign it isnt functioning properly.
Have you done a full factory reset by holding the reset button for 30 seconds?
