So my sky app tells me I'm getting 400mbs this is not the case I'm lucky to get 60mbs why is this. I've tried everything even standing next to the actual hub does nothing it's ridiculous considering how much I pay for it.

So that would be 'testing' on a wireless device?

500Mbs is speed delivered over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it.

It was also tested through ethernet on my laptop same thing but, yeah when using sky app it always says 400-500mbs but I'm lucky to average 200 at the moment it's only been within the last week it's dropped
