My system went down early funnily of the 10th of November 24, open reach have tested the line and its fine, broadband engineer has been out and its fine, another openreach guy is out tomorrow. Sky have sent 3 replacement sky max hubs and all fail to connect to the internet. I bought a new modem thats, funnily enough, connected to the internet. What has gone on, m I entitled to cancel my sky contract? Lost all faith in them now.
Its a SR213 sky max hub. The green light has been flashing for over an hour now. This is not an update. However the time logs are stuck on July 24, which I think has something to do with it.
Vodafone looks good right now.
I am typing this using my personal modem which is getting great speeds, no packet loss and a ping of 23ms. Internet connectivity is good.
