3 pods, new SKy box, 2 wifi engineers, 1 tv engineer, but still having to press WPS to link tv.

So, everything in the title and have even been told by a SKY manager 'that I may need to go elsewhere'. As a disabled customer, persuaded to move to 500 full fibre, I was assured 3 times by various SKY people that I could return to the black router. Now SKY are reneging  on this.

I escalated this to the Executive Team, who don't seem to be able to read the entirety of my messages explaining the issue. All they keep doing is offering me yet another engineer. So upset and frustrated 😠

Can anyone help? I simply did not have these problems with the previous routersand boosters.

@sharkyjaws63 That's what happens when you go sky Max, they just do not like to go back.... All you can do is raise a formal complaint and see where it takes you.

I've made a complaint, both to the usual SKY accessibility support and to Executive Office. Absolutely hopeless.
