3 green lights but won't connect

All 3 lights are green but no devices will connect

@damonlufc88 The about the lights, always three?

 

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

The device shows the wifi symbol is connected but nothing will load and the device says "connected/no internet"

@Rob64C Then the same advice, take it you have wireless connected symbol with the ! exclamation mark, connected but no Internet shown for your wireless devices, that would all if you have a few, but does the Ethernet work or not if you have anything connected via that or can test it.

 

You may just have to put the sky Hub off for a couple hours, that is the time it takes, nothing earlier than that!

It's all devices yea and now (I've been out for a while) it's green..red. green on the lights (it was originally green.flashing amber. Green

@damonlufc88 That's the sky Hub all caught up now to match what is going on with the Internet connection! Lights are now in sync with the lack off Internet connection!
