24/7 contact to speak to human

I just got broadband installed this morning and now my ONT alarm light is read. The installer told me to contact them if this happens but i cannot get through to a human to resolve this. Please advise of phone number

@Emmacooney Just switch the ONT off for 10 mins to see if it clears the alarm.

In addition to the above there is no 24/7 contact with Customer Services.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
