Hi all. We are having a nightmare with fibre and the white router. 2 weeks ago in the early hours the job started flashing green, and the internet died. After going around in many frustrating circles we were sent another hub. Great! Plugged in, working, boom. This morning we have woken up and the same thing has happened. Anyone else in the same boat? I have just emailed asking to cancel with no exit fees as I'm at the end of my tether!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Joolie1 these problems while rare do happen. It sounds like there was no clear diagnosis of the orginal fault and the Sky agent tried swapping the hub to see if that fixed it. It hasn't which makes it sound like an issue with the line which is unusual with full fibre.
Sky do not provide support by email so you are unlikely to get a meaningful reply so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
One point if the issue is a line issue swapping to any other ISP using the same line means the problem moves with you.

Thank you. To clarify, Openreach attended over the weekend, and there is no issue with the line at all. Reliant on broadband for home working, home security cameras, car charging....the list goes on! Left a very sour taste as we have been customers for 11 years.
