2 lights on hub, no internet

Ive been having issues with my broadband since March, going to 2 lights on the hub for seemingly no reason and not responding to all the reset steps (ive been doing countless times!), then back of its own accord. There used to occasionally be an amber light in an attempt to connect but no sign of that now. Ive tried to arrange someone to come out a few times but after spending over an hour on hold and booking the appts around my shifts theyve then been confirmed by text as the wrong day so Ive had to cancel. This time the internet has been down since 12th August and no luck getting it back on at all. Im spending a fortune hotspotting from my mobile and really getting fed up now. Ive had this hub at this address for 5 years with no issues before March.

@Sabinawk you need tonhave a conversation with Sky so that your service can be fixed. To make that easy for you I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
